Kurz: Amiga Portierung von DOSBox v0.74

Amiga AGA 68k port of DosBox 0.74.

DOSBox is a DOS-emulator that uses the SDL-library which makes DOSBox very easy to port to different platforms.
DOSBox has already been ported to many different platforms, such as Windows, BeOS, Linux, MacOS X and AmigaOS.

Unfortunately this special optimized 68k port is still very slow on real classic hardware.

1) An AGA Amiga with a fast 68060 processor
2) AHI installed (v4.18 recommended)
3) 3.1 ROMS (3.0 ROMS may cause it to run slowly)
4) Some old PC games or demos

* AGA SDL port
* MIDI support
* AHI Sound support

Configuration Options:

The tooltype 'CLOSE_WB' can be used to close the Workbench (3.1 ROMS recommended).
The tooltype 'RELATIVE_MOUSE' can be used to capture relative mouse movement.
The tooltype 'DISPLAY_MODE' can be used to set your display mode (PAL or NTSC).
You must run DOSBox from the Workbench, running from the Shell is not supported.
The AHI device used will be the one configured in your AHI Prefs (Unit 0).
You will need to install the CAMD library if you want to use an external MIDI device.
The DOSBox log file will tell you which core it is actually using (may be different to the config setting).
Some games need a mouse sensitivity of 200 (config setting) for some strange reason.

Performance Considerations:

1) The number of cycles you set for the CPU emulation is critical, too high for your real CPU will stall the emulation.
2) The fastest core to use is 'simple' but it's also the least compatible and may crash.
3) If you have a Blizzard/Apollo you should really be using BlizKick/RemApollo to get most speed out of your Amiga.
4) Fast File System is actually not, use PFS3 instead.
5) Stick with v4.18 of AHI as the later versions without the 'FAST' modes are slower.
6) Running in a window will be very slow (use fullscreen modes instead).

1) No CDROM support
2) No network support
